Outstanding service from start to finish. We had an unexpected car battery issue for a gas car that was affecting the vehicle's smart key system and not starting. Felix responded quickly, made the drive out to the west side and arrived with the correct battery already in hand, and completed the replacement in minutes, all for a very reasonable price. Felix went above and beyond since his primary business was for EVs. This was entirely out of his usual scope. He came through anyway without missing a beat. That level of customer service is hard to find.
